Edward Vallar, CFA

Edward is our Investment Operations/Advisor Support Manager. Ed brings over three decades of knowledge and experience to the firm. He employs a fundamentally driven, disciplined approach supporting Demetri in selecting client investments based on their defined risk tolerance and time horizon as well as supporting Demetri in customizing each client’s portfolio and investment options. Ed also supports Demetri in the portfolio’s ongoing monitoring.  By staying up to date on the latest financial, economic, and geopolitical events, we ensure that our clients’ investment strategies remain efficient while adjusting positions when needed.

Prior to joining the firm, Edward built a successful career specializing in researching and discovering investment strategies before they became mainstream ideas.  He enjoys creating new challenges and opportunities every day while supporting Demetri and DCGM'S clients pursue their goals.

Edward received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from St. John’s University. He also holds the CFA^® certification. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, playing golf, and practicing martial arts. He also serves as Treasurer for his local volunteer fire department company.
